Big_fella_andy - basically once the program is installed, you choose a device to control (tv, vcr, dvd etc.) and then choose a brand (toshiba, hitachi.) which will then basically display a remote control for the device. He is having a problem while selecting the device, not while changing a channel or controlling the volume and stuff. Also, i have this program installed and have never had to manually turn on the IR. Trungdaika, did you buy the program or are you using one of the demo copies? Because as far as i know, irremote is not freeware.
Correct me if im wrong. Yeah I agree too, this IR capability application really sucks. It's really I mean really hard to find the right code for your device, and the rating system does not make any sense, and it seems like all of these codes are fake. Also there is a big chance that the remote or the codes do not support your device. IRremote sucksI agree! 
I have got 4-5 devices with IR Remote in my house and it only works with my Sony Bravia KDL-40S3000 (i found my remote control model RM-ED009 in irremote's list) with 4-5 buttons working only.:S. Download game monopoly 3d pc torrent.
