Problem The Enterprise Vault client fails to install against Outlook 2013 64-bit (Office365 ProPlus edition) Cause This issue occurs due to a missing Outlook 2013 registry key which is used by the Enterprise Vault client installer to determine which version of Outlook 2013 is installed. In addition, this issue only affects Outlook 2013 x64 installations when downloaded via an Office 365 ProPlus subscription. Note: Microsoft has acknowledged this issue and has committed to fix it in a future release of Outlook 2013.

Hello everyone! I'm new to Vault and the install process and im trying to tackle one issue at a time. -This is a multi user install on 2 Vm servers on our network. - I have been able to access the new vault as admin and as a Domain user with no problems. -The Vault Ribbon Tab visible an I have checked in Autocad files, word files and excel files with no issues. -Outlook is where i have an issue, No Ribbon Tab and no option to put on Ribbon. -I have installed 2015 Vault (client) with 2013 Microsoft Office.
Not sure if there is a hotfix for this or im missing a step. Thanks and do appreciate any help Mike 'the noob'.
